Mark Frenzel -

Captain Frenzel joined the NJ Transit Police in 2004. He began his career assigned to the Patrol Division in Transit District 2 and also served in the Office of Emergency Management and the Hazmat/Emergency Service Unit.

Captain Frenzel was promoted to Sergeant in 2012, Lieutenant in 2022, and Captain in 2025.  Captain Frenzel holds a Bachelor of Science in Sociology and minor in Criminal Justice from Saint Joseph's University. Captain Frenzel is a graduate of the 87th Class of the Burlington County Police Academy where he was the recipient of the High Academic Award.

Dustin M. Antonio -

Captain Antonio joined the NJ Transit Police Department in 2011. He began his law enforcement career as a Newark Police Officer working in the 4th Precinct (West Ward) in the Patrol Division. He later transitioned to the NJ Transit Police Department where he began his NJTPD career assigned to the Patrol Division in Transit Districts 2,3 and 4 before being assigned to the Special Operations Division- CTU Unit in 2013. In 2017, he was promoted to Police Sergeant and worked in various assignments in Districts 2, 3, 4, Central Communications and the Emergency Service Unit.

Andrew D'Aloia -

Captain D’Aloia joined the New Jersey Transit Police Department as a Police Officer in 2011. He was promoted to Sergeant in 2015 and Lieutenant in 2021. During that time, Captain D’Aloia served in the capacity of Officer, Supervisor, and Tour Commander respectively in Patrol Districts 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, & 7. Captain D’Aloia has also served as a Supervisor in the Central Communications Center.

Salvatore Bivona -

Captain Bivona joined NJTPD in 2003. Prior to serving with NJTPD, he worked with the NJ State Department of Corrections since 1999. Captain Bivona worked in D2, served with the NJTPD J.U.S.T.I.C.E Team, the Essex County Rapid Deployment Team (R.D.T.),  NJTPD/ NPD Newark Safe Streets Initiative Team, the NJTPD Emergency Service Unit E.S.U. (Founding Officer), the NJTPD E.S.U. as a Supervisor, and the Presidential Inaugural Police Details for 2005 President Bush and 2009 President Obama.

Dennis Wells -

Inspector Wells joined the NJ Transit Police Department in 2006, working as a patrol officer in Hoboken, Trenton, and Newark Commands until assignment to the Emergency Services Unit in 2011. He was promoted to sergeant in 2012 and worked the next 5 years in Newark Penn Station as a shift supervisor.  After being promoted to lieutenant in 2017, he performed the duties of tour commander until appointed Executive Officer of Special Operations later that year.  He was promoted to Captain in 2021.

Daniel Celaya -

Captain Celaya joined the NJ Transit Police in 2007. He began his career assigned to the Patrol Division, working in Transit Districts 5 and 2 before being assigned to Special Operations in 2010. In 2016, he was promoted to Patrol Sergeant and worked in Transit District 5 and Special Operations. In 2021, Captain Celaya was promoted to Lieutenant and worked in Transit Districts 5, 6 and 7.  In 2022, he was appointed to the Executive Officer position of Districts 5, 6, and 7.  He was promoted to Captain in 2024.
