I have the privilege to lead a Police Department that is made up of dedicated professionals both civilian and sworn. It is our hope that this website will give you the opportunity to access information about our department, make it easier to report a crime or condition, get a copy of a report, phone or text in a tip or generally let us know how we can serve you better. This site will also provide information and security tips that may help you stay safe and alert while you utilize our facilities and modes of transportation.

The NJ TRANSIT Police Department is committed to maintaining the safety and security of New Jersey's public transportation network. Critical to this mission is a strong partnership with our customers and the general public. You are a valuable part of our continuing effort to keep our transit system safe by providing an extra set of eyes and ears as you ride on NJ TRANSIT's buses, trains, light rail lines and access link vehicles or move through our transportation facilities.
