NJ TRANSIT's Police Operations Bureau functions under the Deputy Chief of Operations and is comprised of both the Patrol and Special Operations Divisions
The Patrol Division is the primary provider of police services for the commuters, employees and visitors of NJ TRANSIT. The patrol division deploys officers in uniform and plain clothes throughout the State of New Jersey.
