Captain Castellano joined the NJ Transit Police Department in 2002 after working both as a Seasonal Police Officer for the Mantoloking Police Department and a State Corrections Officer for the Juvenile Justice Commission. Captain Castellano started his career with the NJ Transit Police assigned to the Patrol Division working in Districts 5,6,7 in Trenton, Camden, and Atlantic City. In 2008, he was promoted to the rank of Sergeant and worked in District 2 Newark and then Districts 5 Trenton, and District 7 Atlantic City.

Inspector Capriglione started his career with NJ TRANSIT Police in January of 2000. He was initially assigned to the Patrol Division and worked in Transit Districts 2, 3, and 4.

Captain Hennessy joined NJ Transit Police in 2003. He began his career assigned to the Patrol Division working in Transit Districts 2, 6, and 7 before being assigned to Special Operations in 2008. In 2010, he was promoted to Patrol Sergeant and worked in Transit Districts 2, 3, 5, 6, and 7. In 2014, Captain Hennessy was promoted to Lieutenant and was appointed to the Executive Officer position of Special Operations. In 2018, he became a Patrol Tour Commander and worked in District 2. He was promoted to Captain in 2021 and served as the Commanding Officer of Transit Districts 3 and 4.

Deputy Chief Crowe joined NJ TRANSIT Police in 2000 after serving four years with the Sea Girt Police Department holding positions in Dispatch and Patrol. Deputy Chief Crowe started his career with NJ TRANSIT Police assigned to the Patrol Division working in Transit Districts 2, 3 and 4 in Newark, Hoboken and Secaucus and has risen through the ranks quickly within the department. In 2003, he was promoted to Patrol Sergeant and worked in Transit District 7 located in Atlantic City and then Transit District 2 in Newark.

Deputy Chief Hester started with the NJ TRANSIT in August 1994. Throughout her career, she served on various assignments including Patrol, Train Patrol and the Anti-Crime Unit in 1997 where she specialized in undercover operations. Deputy Chief Hester worked on numerous investigations with the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms (ATF) and New Jersey Attorney General's Office.

Christopher Trucillo was the Director of Public Safety for John Jay College of Criminal Justice/The City University of New York from May 2009 to July 2010. He was responsible for the safety and security of over 12,000 students, faculty and staff, as well as the college's physical assets. John Jay College is a recognized leader in scholarly research on criminal justice and a premier academic institution drawing students from around the world.
