Fraud Unit
The NJ TRANSIT Police Department's Fraud Unit specializes in the prevention, education, and investigation of fraud-related matters. This Unit handles larger, more extensive investigations that include but are not limited to: Major fraud rings; computer fraud against the agency; distribution and sale of counterfeit rail and bus passes; credit/debit card fraud; corporate fraud; and official misconduct cases involving employees.
