These pages were created to provide information about the New Jersey Transit Police Department. These pages also allow for two-way communication between members of the public and the New Jersey Transit Police Department. If you post information on the NJTPD social media pages regarding criminal activity, you COULD become a witness, for any criminal proceedings that result from information you provide. Keep in mind, information can be provided confidentially by private messaging where applicable. The NJTPD social media pages are NOT monitored 24/7. Users who post about their involvement in any criminal activity may be subject to criminal prosecution. "Liking" between the New Jersey Transit Police Department and other social media pages does not indicate an endorsement of content on that user's page.
